Erlicia Charles

My name is Erlicia Charles, and I am a mother to three beautiful children. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, I am a successful entrepreneur and small business owner. Additionally, I am the founder of a non-profit organization called “Girls & Pearls,” established on November 14, 2015. Through “Girls & Pearls,” I organize monthly events aimed at empowering women and providing a supportive community for entrepreneurs. This initiative led me to create the “Boss Chics With Goals” empowerment conference, catering to women entrepreneurs, small business owners, and aspiring businesswomen. My passion lies in creating spaces for entrepreneurs to thrive and empowering individuals to achieve their business goals.

I am excited to bring my entrepreneurial expertise and passion for empowerment to the Board of Directors for True Covenant Community Builders. Together, we will work towards making a positive impact and uplifting our communities.
